Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our friendly Patient Support team is here to help you by making appointments, dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and undertaking administrative functions of the practice.

Sometimes it may be necessary for them to ask a few questions about your condition in order to help the doctor or nurse decide how quickly you need to be seen.

You can rest assured that any information given will be treated confidentially.

Please do not ask The Patient Support Team for any information about one or more of our patients unless that patient/s has given specific instructions to us authorising you to do so.
